We were from out of state but Josh handled everything timely and with great care. He was able to move up our closing date and the entire mortgage transaction was able to be done electronically.
Great experience. I would def recommend BBT. I was able to do nearly everything online to save time. Made the process very easy. They allow you to upload all the required documents ahead of time to prep for closing.
I highly did not want to refinance because of the stress and pain but I knew I needed to. Besides all the paper work that is inevitable, this process with Maureen was a breeze! I lowered my rate by almost 1.5 percent, knocked 3 years off my currant mortgage and even still had a lower monthly payment!! Once my money is received back from my other bank, it really didn't even cost me a dime! Best decision made in a long time!! Thanks Maureen!!
