William was always on top of my whole process. He answered all questions good or bad. He came to my house and went over my mortgage rate, the pre-approval, and etc. He must of sent me around 5 pre-approval forms because of the seller situation. I would recommend William to anyone to make this process as easy as mine was. I heard nightmare stories and William met all time lines before their dates.

I moved to Clearwater Fl in the late spring of 2015. Prior to moving I was already working with the mortgage company that holds the mortgage on my Washington house. The Tampa office of the mortgage company was very eager to help. When it came time look at houses, my loan officer left town for a vacation without sending me any information on my pre-approval. Not enough words of praise for Jason Ashe. He is the consummateprofessional. I was rather upset and disconcerted at a "situtation" whichhappened during the lending process and I unloaded on Jason (not something I make a practice of doing). When I understood Jason had nocontrol I apologized to him. Jason was very understanding and professional.Kudos for Jason.
