From ratified offer to closing, the Elmendorf team communicated effectively with quick follow up to any questions, concerns or loan status. If you are doubtful due to the "this is to good to be true" service, don' t worry, it will pass and you will close on time with little effort. I will be closing in my new home next week thanks to the Elmdorf team. Yes, purchasing a home can be stress free!

My experience working with Jennifer Fairfield and her team was quick, easy and painless. This is the first time I had worked with Jennifer and I would do it again and recommend her to others. Ania is extremely professional and dedicated. Recently, we had worked on a refi together and it was not processed because I had some issues with my multi-family building. Then, I also had probems with my credit. I explained all of these things to Ania. She told me to be patient and we waited a few months to clear up these issues. Brady was very helpful through our process of a first home purchase in Hawaii. Of course with buying a home, there is a lot of paperwork and tedious steps, but he made it pretty painless. Love the ability to do most of it electronically. He stayed on top of things and kept us up to date. You won't go wrong with him!
