The team was extremely accessible via email, phone, and text, and were excellent at keeping me up to date on where I was at with the loan. When one loan strategy fell apart, they were ready with the next option to try and keep the closing date. While very efficient, they were also sensitive to the stress and work that goes into buying a home on the buyers' end. I would definitely use this lender again.

When I started to look for a home I knew I need to get preapproved my real estate agent had referred me to Risha, at that time I thought my loan would be a complicated since I had a prior chapter bankruptcy and I thought I was going to be very difficult to secure a home loan . Ed helped us with our home loan, with every single thing we needed, he worked weekend answered our emails in the middle of the night, came up with solutions that enabled us to buy the home that we wanted, while guiding us throughout the process, and explained each step - all of which with the upmost professionalism and patience I have ever encountered. 5 stars are hardly enough.

My experience with Danny (and the members of his team) has been nothing but positive. Even in my situation, which got a little convoluted due to my first realtor not doing his job, Danny was very responsive and accommodating to my circumstances. He certainly surprised the seller's realtor and the attorneys with how efficient he was in getting the loan approved. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

It was so great working with Paul. He was very helpful through my loan process and was very through. This was my first time purchasing a home and as a first time buyer , the whole process of purchasing a home was new to me! I am self employed and have a complicated financial situation.
