I didn't know David Frankel prior to my current home purchase. I am delighted that I came to know him. He and his team are extremely professional, responsive, attentive to detail and easy to talk. He is always a step ahead of everything you need to do to get mortgage. He shopped around and got me the best available interest rate. If someone wants to get a mortgage without any problem I would absolutely recommend him.

Sabrina was recommended by my dual seller/buyer agent which I had already a bit of reluctance about; however, just as my dual agent turned out to be "all that and a bag of chips"...Sabrina was phenomenal! Since she has a familiarity with underwriting, in a past life, she knew what needed to be done to get through that scrutiny... a little pain on the front end with the endless requests for paperwork, but no complications on the closing end.Thank you Sabrina!
