Having worked with lenders for my prior property, I can attest that Mike was fantastic to work with. There were new things this time around due to a new construction timeline and the interest rate environment in 2022 - but Mike was very experienced and helped walk us through everything. This lender went above and beyond!! He made things happen way above my expectation! He made the entire process so extremely easy. From the very start David helped us consider all of our options and explained each step with detail. His team did everything they could to get us ready for closing from start to finish. Very professional, always answered or returned calls promptly, answered all our question, and was very patient with helping us understand the process while buying our first home. 12/10 would recommend!
