David is insanely easy to work with. The process of buying a house is not great and David made it a lot less stressful by being there 24/7 to answer any questions and explain everything in great detail. Very transparent and trustworthy. David and his firm actually got me more earnest money back at closing than what we paid. We closed on time, David attended the closing, and everything was very easy.

Despite multiple delays impacting my rate lock and changes in sale price from the developer, Daniel made the process feel much smoother on my end. He was there to answer any question I had and I would work with him again without question!
Tom and his team are always available and willing to help and I have built a trusting relationship with Tom. Even though Tom was unable to provide his services, he was able to guide and coach me. I am very thankful to have his guidance and appreciate him going above and beyond to ensure I had the most up to date and timely information so that I could make appropriate arrangements with other lenders.
