Wow words can’t describe how hard Ross worked to get us situated. Thankful that his determination secured us our loan; even when we were hit with hardship. Mike and his team were AMAZING. His team always responded to me in a timely manner. He gave me an excel sheet that broke down my monthly costs and estimate the total amount of out of pocket expenses for closing for EACH of the property I was interested in. Larry was referred to us by our realtor, and we were so thankful she did! Larry and his team worked non-stop on our loan for our first investment property. It could not have been a smoother process. Everything was as expected. The seller's agent even commented at closing about how smooth the process was working with us. Larry's team is a big reason for that! Buying your first house can be extremely daunting and overwhelming. Corey met my fiancé and I exactly where we were and made sure to explain every step of the process.
