We worked with Ryan for a year just to prepare to get pre-approved for a house. He has been by our sides since 2021, taking the time to explain to us how to get pre-approved, and going through the entire process with us. Now we are homeowners. Ryan was a big part in helping us understand the market, and helped us navigate the market as first time home owners and taking out a mortgage for the first time as well. He's super responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Highly recommend!!!!

I don’t usually post reviews. I felt compelled to do so after Evelyn helped many mother refinance her home. Evelyn is so knowledgeable and was able to help my mother get an outstanding loan for her home. I live across the country from my mother so it was very difficult for me to assist her in this process. Brendan did a great job helping me close on my jumbo loan. The lender we ended up picking had so many different requests beyond what was usual, but Brendan went above and beyond to work with me and my realtor to get the approvals and documents needed to get it closed. He was very communicative, on top of things, and explained any questions that I had. Would definitely recommend him again!
