If you don’t have a lender or aren’t raving about them like I am about on Caleb, then look no further!!!! Caleb bent over backwards, flipped, and more for us! Any questions I had he answered on the fly! He was able to get us the best rates for our new home. Also will help us with our Reno refinance when we’re ready! The loan process can be daunting. Joshua and his team did everything to make it flow smoothly. I liked the Guaranteed app. It was straightforward and intuitive and allowed the process to work online without hiccups. Joshua was always available by phone and got back to me even on weekends.
