I have had multiple mortgages with Paul and when my husband and I bought a second home in New Jersey, he was the first person I went to. His team was friendly, efficient and even caught a mistake on our insurance that we would have missed. We also switched houses and the closing had to happen VERY fast and his team was on top of it! I would highly recommend!

I connected with Barb over a year ago after my wife and I felt the need to move in to a bigger place, but we were up against a ton of buyers, and even for the houses that didn't look very appealing to us! As a first time homebuyer I couldn't have asked for a better mortgage lender. Chanania has a way of explaining things so that even someone who hasn't been through the process before can easily understand. I worked with Chris from late 2020-November 2021. As a first time home buyer, he was extremely generous in sharing his time, knowledge and guidance in the home buying process. My lending team after the contract was signed was very thorough and we got to close on time. 10/10

I really didn't know how to start looking for a loan, or if what I wanted to do was possible. Charlie quickly became a trusted advisor and walked me through the whole process. When one lender didn't work out, he adjusted and went after another. And another. Until he found one that would fit my needs. Charlie helped me to find reputable lenders and kept me away from thise that prey on the inexperienced. I trust him implicitly and will definitely work with him again.
