I really didn't know how to start looking for a loan, or if what I wanted to do was possible. Charlie quickly became a trusted advisor and walked me through the whole process. Ryan made the whole pre approval process go incredibly smooth and stayed in contact along the whole way from pre-approval to closing. This was not my first time buying property and in comparison I would recommend Ryan to everybody
