I will not repeat what has been said previously on here, but what makes Dan stand out amongst his other qualities is his responsiveness. Day or Evening, he will always pick up the phone, respond to a request, and answer questions you may have. His team is also very good, especially in assisting my navigation of getting approved for multiple loans as a self-employed individual. Have went to him three times now (twice for loans and once for refinance) and will continue to do so in the future.
Working with Carlos was one of the highlights of my process of buying an apt in a coop building (not anybody’s idea of fun). Carlos is very upfront and doesn’t mince words, he’s not salesy at all. I really appreciated both his honesty and the efforts he went through to help me get my loan at a good rate.
