Chris and his team made it very easy to find out what my financial options for a new house were, choose the best path that worked for me and laid out a strategy for getting to our end goal. During my latest purchase, I was with without a computer and sometimes even internet, but I was still able to complete everything with them over just my phone. Tim was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. The home buying process can be overwhelming and confusing but Tim explained everything in such a way that was easy to understand. I started this process with Peter D’Angelo and the experience was seamless! The app provided for submission of documents or for me to sign them was never problematic. In fact, the entire process was done on my cellphone and I’m over 70 yrs of age! Today was my closing and all of the paperwork was completed perfectly. The entire closing process took about 1.25 hours and there was no hold on the official transfer of ownership until the next day.
