I loved working with Chris Johns. Chris and his team communicated with me often, and I never had to wonder about the status of my loan. Even if there was nothing specific to discuss, He or his team would send me a weekly email just to let me know what was happening, and they would ask if I had any questions or concerns.
Worked well with me to help get mortgage always nice patient and willing to take a moment of her day to talk and walk me through the process . She made the difficult process of getting a mortgage easy thank god cause without her and hwr team at freedom mortgage probably would of lost it and said yep i had enough.
