Stephen reached out just 3 months after I closed on my first house, and I honestly thought it would be crazy to refinance given we're still reeling from the costs of moving and fix-ups. To my surprise, Stephen and team got the whole thing done quickly, saving me 0.5% interest, $200/month on my mortgage, and putting $1500 cash back in my pocket. What a deal!
If you need to purchase or refinance a home, I highly recommend Tom Lavallee at Guaranteed Rate. He's the best. We refi-d in October at a lower rate, and then Tom reached out in January to advise the rates had dropped even lower and we could save more money by refinancing again. No cost to refi either.
