Overall process was very smoth. Petya was very knowledgeable, helpful and cooperative. She communicated well and requested the required documents prmptly. She has a pleasant personality. She was very easy to deal with. Lender processed the loan in time. Other staff from gauranteed rate was also helpful. Sometimes they requested the same documents two times. Overall I was very happy in dealing with this lender thd their staff.
Stephen approached me with a refinance opportunity not long after I started repaying my first mortgage. He made the process extremely quick and easy, and was always very responsive to any of my questions or concerns. I got a great rate, saved money, and spent very little time getting everything done.
