While all is good, I like to understand the ENTIRE process on my first encounter with a Rate rep. Understanding the entire process with a TIMELINE gives me the opportunity to plan ahead and set my expectations. I do appreciate that Brandon worked with me on getting the closing date to allow the funds to be wired on time for my other loan payoff. I had to authorize Main Street bank to withdraw the payoff amount (as opposed ti me making the payment). So I would recommend that Rate add one extra day to the wire date. In my case... read more
