Tim and his team are by far the BEST there is. We were cleared to close in 13 calendar days after our offer went to contract. We are first time buyers and the required financial colonoscopy was quite daunting, but Tim and Julie are A-mazing and helped us every step of the way. We highly recommend their services and will utilize them again in the future.
