Rob got called in last minute over the Memorial weekend holiday to help move a purchase along when another lender dropped the ball. Not only did he step right in, he made himself available at all hours to keep our home purchase on track..and had great rates / pricing, too. We have experienced not so great lenders in the past causing us to miss dates and lose the purchase or pay penalties. Our experience with Rob puts us at ease when it comes to the loan delivery of our purchase.

I am a returning customer of Charlie and Legnaly. Both experiences I have had working with them have been exceptional. My first refinance was my first ever. The structure, organization, communication, and even the celebrations at each milestone of the lending process helped to make this an enjoyable experience. Tom Lavallee and team are totally client focused with a strong sense of urgency, accuracy, and service delivery. He is always proactive in helping me manage the lending element of my properties, often highlighting when the rate environment is ideal for me to make adjustments of refinance existing mortgages. He is always willing to evaluate and seek out different options regarding my mortgages - rate, loan maturity, etc. which allows me to manage these loans most effectively.

from day one Tim was on the ball. As we all know there can be complications and speed bumps that can occur when buying/selling a house Tim was on it and was able to get us done. He is very responsive and a true professional. He makes you fell like you have known him for a long time. Highly recommended you wont be disappointed

Chantal was proactive in getting things done quickly and smoothly. She also worked to reassure the listing agent that we were the right choice and made him more comfortable in recommending our offer to the seller. That is something I truly appreciate. She was able to get the loan approval done in less than 3 weeks of opening escrow.
