Mitch and his team were timely and professional. They got me a very low interest rate and Mitch’s approach with numbers are on the conservative side when budgeting (which I like) we planned for a interest rate around 3.2 to 3.7 and closed with a considerably lower....Amazing news! On top of saving me money there they also moved the closing date up by 9 business days because they are on top of everything. I will definitely use Mitch again when I sell down the road

Lee was great! I wanted to take advantage of covid historic low refi rates after construction loan and he locked it!.....and held it! Construction refis can be stressful, but Lee made it easier.
