I highly recommend Bryan Brown and his team at Guaranteed Rate. Not only were they able to significantly lower our rate through a refinance, but they made the whole process seamless. They were very responsive to all my questions and we closed on our refinance quickly. Their rates were much lower than other lenders which helped us save a lot on mortgage interest.

I was amazed working with Tadeh. I had several experiences (purchases and refi) with other lenders before, but after working with Tadeh he took me to completely different level.
