My whole loan closing experience was very smooth. Kamna, offered multiple options on downpayments and found a lender who would offer flexibility in terms of downpayment % and still offer competitive rates across these offerings. There was no deviations from locked rates even when we decided to go from 10% down to 20% during the loan closing process (lower with higher DP%).
