I used Mr. Kfoury and Guaranteed Rate's services to refinance my house earlier this spring. The process was seamless. From the first day I contacted Robert to the day of my closing it only took 24 days. I had been told it may take anywhere from 45-90 days due to all the new home sales and refinances happened in early 2021. I was pleasantly surprised that it was handled so quick and easily. Jason & team were fantastic! I like how eacb team member did a different job, and they kept rolling as fast as you could privide the required documents, which moved the whole process down the line quickly & efficiently. Jason talks fast, very knowledgeable about different loan types, and really could help explain & advise what is best for you. I highly recommend Bryan Brown and his team at Guaranteed Rate. Not only were they able to significantly lower our rate through a refinance, but they made the whole process seamless. They were very responsive to all my questions and we closed on our refinance quickly. Their rates were much lower than other lenders which helped us save a lot on mortgage interest.

I was amazed working with Tadeh. I had several experiences (purchases and refi) with other lenders before, but after working with Tadeh he took me to completely different level. All my extremely private docs were transferred to him through their secure encrypted platform.
