Dave helped me both purchase my home as a first-time home buyer in June 2019 as well as refinance that home in October 2020. Dave was extremely helpful in explaining the process and all of my options. He made sure to work with my realtor to make sure that my home closed on time. When I was refinancing, he checked the interest rates every day and updated/advised me on the best time to lock in my rate. I plan on using him for future home purchases and highly recommend him.

Dave is extremely professional. Quick to respond. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He explains everything from the beginning of the loan process to the end so there was nothing unexpected. Buying a house could be very stressful but not if your working with Dave. Our house buying went so smooth. He has also helped us refinance our other house with a way smaller interest rate! I have recommended him to my friends and family and will definitely go to him the next house we buy.

This is what I want in a lender/loan officer. There are some many that don’t puck up their phone or return a call in a timely manner, don’t understand complex lending situations, and would rather lean on “smoke and mirrors.” David gets the job done and won’t lead you on.

I had a very unique and time sensitive situation. Joe and his team handled our ReFi very professionally and timely. I felt confident in Joe throughout the entire process and am extremely pleased with how easy it was from A to closing. Joe went above and beyond to make sure the we were taken care of, even video calling me from is Fiancé's phone while on vacation in Mexico! You won't find that kind of service anywhere else.
