I’ve heard lots of horror stories about Mortgage companies and closing on a house and how hard it can be. So I came into this thing expecting a hard road till the end. Chris and his team were fantastic. This was our first home purchase, so we had a lot of questions for Chris. He was always available and patiently answered all of our questions. I would (and have already) 100% recommend Chris at US bank to my friends and family.
I was very happy to work with John. I had already been pre-approved by a bank but was hoping to get my preapproval edited. However, I could not get a hold of the bank. So, we reached out to John who had helped my other family members before and he was always so quick to reply and help us with whatever we need. I hope I can use his services again in the future!
