AHL came highly recommended by our realtor, and we couldn't be happier with their service. As first time homebuyers, the process of pre-qualifying, locking rates, etc. felt daunting at times. Cathy and her team (Lisa, Jessica, James, etc) were always there to answer our questions and held our hand the entire way. Months after our refinance went through, some problems emerged with the Lender. Having become frustrated with customer service, we turned to David for assistance not knowing where else to go. Wow! He got on to it right away. He copied us on all his emails to department heads and kept us updated until the problems were resolved.
