From the start Mina was proactive, engaged and very helpful. As a first-time homebuyer, I was intimidated at the process and worried I wouldn't understand everything that was happening. Andrea was very helpful in walking me and my husband through our first homebuying process. She helped us get all our documents together to prepare to own our home. She was always responsive, upfront, and even hot us a grant to help with our down payment. She was always available, which is not as common of an occurrence as one would think when it comes to banking. If you need a lender who knows what they are doing and treats you with the care of family, Andrea is the person to go to!
The mortgage was approved two weeks earlier than the closing date. There was no drama and no surprise. Chris and Monika were very responsive to my messages and requests. Strongly recommended! PNC is a great lender!
