Jenna stayed on top of every step of our loan. From beginning to end she kept us informed as to where it was in the process. She let us know when we had to sign papers and when we messed up the passwords to the sites she was gracious in that she never blinked an eye and just resent links. Nick gave us excellent service for lending our house. The process was smooth and easy. He was always available for us to answer any question. Very efficient and flexible. Sent a message to my FaceBook group mortgage company. Called a couple of companies, but Danny stood out from the beginning. He personally called, followed up if I received his message and within hours I had my letter. The competitor promised me results, but came back a day letter.
