Ataan was great! He communicated well, was respectful, thoughtful and very responsive. He kept the process moving along within our tight closing time. Even the seller’s agent said that Ataan was great, keeping the agent on top of things as necessary. Ataan was friendly and efficient, and kept us posted along the way. Jeff Fries was extremely helpful. We were able to buy a house with his help before we sold our current home. I did not know you could do that unless you had a lot of money to put down but he helped us. Then he also made us aware that after we sold our house we could recast the loan on our new house and bring down the payment and get rid of the PMI without all the cost of refinancing. Working with Brady and his team was awesome! Communication is key and Brady and his team kept me informed every step of the way. I've never worked with a Bank/Mortgage Company/Lender that had such quick email response times! Everything ran so smoothly and quickly that I would highly recommend them and would definitely work with them again.
I have done multiple refinancings with Paul Archibald, and highly recommend him for anyone considering a refi. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to work with. He's also honest and fair - in fact, one time he actually gave me the advice that I should NOT do a refi given the current interest rates and my individual circumstances. His team is also quick and supportive, and went out of their way to make the application smooth and easy. I would definitely use him again, as I am already a repeat customer.
