Matt is smart, personable, knowledgeable, resourceful, prompt and dependable. But I think the quality I valued most in Matt is that he is transparent. We knew exactly what we were getting into. Buying a home during a pandemic, at the end of the year, and with closing day less than a month away would normally be a difficult feat, but Mike and his team made it so easy. I was able to submit documents virtually and they gave me updates from the underwriters throughout the whole process to ensure we resolved every inquiry quickly. While some people may dread the process of buying a home, I had an exemplary experience. Dianne worked miracles for me. She helped with credit, a very short timeline and difficulty finding paperwork as ours was all in storage. Through it all she was understanding and confident we would be successful. This was by far the easiest closing I’ve ever been through. Dianne and her team, Tyler and Sean are the best!
