Very straight forward and honest. In a high-pressure industry where everyone exaggerates or lie to get a sale, I never once got that sense from Chris. From our very first conversation, he made it clear that he could help me and that he wanted my business but didn't need it. This is the second time working with Jon and BNC national bank For a refi. They always meet my expectations. Jon goes out of his way to do what he can and assist where he possibly can.
