Joe is extremeky knowledgeable and walked me through the Mortgage Process. There were many issues with the seller and title which took 5 months to finally consummate thr deal. Joe was there every step of the way to navigate the process. He us also very personable abd articulate. He will do my next purchase for sue. Aaesone company he wirks fot as well

I have worked with Tom multiple times through the years, and always had confidence in his work. There is a lot of paperwork involved in a refinance, and sometimes it can seem pretty daunting. But Tom and his team have refined the process to remove the confusion and provide ample guidance. The demands on my time were minimal, and it helps when you have complete confidence in the honesty and competence of your lender. I am very grateful for his help.

Joshua Epps was extremely helpful in explaining the process and kept in touch during the whole process. His team offered a log-in and text that informed us about the process of the loan. The whole process went smoothly. Joshua and his staff were prompt when we left messages amd returned our cals usually within 29 minutes. They were always polite, very courteous and in a good mood. We can't give enough praise to Joshua and his staff. This is our 5th home loan and this was by far thr best experience we have ever had.

Joshua and his team were very easy to work with. The entire process was simple and efficient. We’re moving to Myrtle Beach from out of state so thought it could be slightly more complex but it really wasn’t. We seriously don’t have one complaint! ⭐️👍🏼
