I worked with Chad Cantrell and the Certainty Home Loans Team on an out of state SFH purchase and had a very smooth experience. Everything closed on time, via the phone and internet and the notary service met me at my workplace for closing in 30minutes for the easiest closing I have ever had. Piece of Cake!
