I have worked with Tom multiple times through the years, and always had confidence in his work. There is a lot of paperwork involved in a refinance, and sometimes it can seem pretty daunting. Joshua Epps was extremely helpful in explaining the process and kept in touch during the whole process. His team offered a log-in and text that informed us about the process of the loan. The whole process went smoothly. Joshua and his staff were prompt when we left messages amd returned our cals usually within 29 minutes. They were always polite, very courteous and in a good mood. We can't give enough praise to Joshua and his staff. This is our 5th home loan and this was by far thr best experience we have ever had.
