Blaise and all his colleagues with Guaranteed Rate were very helpful through the process of getting a new finance rate. As a veteran, rates for our mortgage had dropped significantly. They have also been helpful in follow-up efforts, such as helping us make payments automatically online from our bank.

Got a very nice rate from Arthur's. Also his team is very responsive. They provide detailed explanation for everything along with the precedure so highly recommand for first buyer who doesn't know much about the loan procedure. Really enjoy working with them!
