As a first time home buyer Mr Ryan helped me on every single step and answered all the questions I had, and believe me, I had a lot of them! I had heard and read all positive reviews about Jeff prior to working with him, but he certainly exceeded expectations. Right after we had got pre-approved for the mortgage (which was a nice and low rate), we had put an offer in on a condo on a Saturday and it got accepted the following day, Sunday.
