We were reffered to Jessica when my mortgage with another company was falling apart thru no fault of my own. Jessica jumped in and told us she could get us closed in three weeks and she kept her promise. This may not be the case for every situation but she kept true to every her word on all details and couldn't habe been more thorough or amazing thru this our first home buying process. We couldn't recognize Jessica and Cardinal more!

My whole homebuying experience was great thanks to Mike and team! It was a very quick turnaround which Mike was able to deliver all deliverables, paperwork, text messages with important info to submit to get the offer in, etc. He is super knowledgable, to the point and honest, which is what I always want/need from companies I work with for pretty much anything really (I don't like beat-around-the-bush types). Mike went the exra mile and really made this stressful experience worth it. Highly recommend.

The process was done with clear, consistent, and timely communication thanks to the excellent help provided by Corey and his team. Sonia was simply outstanding! Without a question she exceeded our expectations throughout the entire loan process. When it was all said and done, she made sure that we came out ahead and saved us a ton of money with a lower interest rate.
