We've worked with Alex previously and cannot recommend him highly enough. He is the reason we "followed" him over to Guaranteed Rate when we wanted to refi our existing mortgage. Tracy is absolutely fantastic. We are first-time home buyers and she made the process super easy and smooth. She was incredibly available and responsive, and was patient in explaining everything. She clearly knows her way around numbers and can work her magic. The folks at Guaranteed Rate that she works with have all been good as well, with everything done on a timely manner.
