We bought our home about three years ago and had to take advantage of the low rates with a refinance. Kyle and his team at Proper Rate, LLC were an absolute pleasure to work with. The refi process can be a tedious and lengthy procedure, but Proper Rate, LLC has streamlined the entire process and made it much simpler. Mike was very friendly and helpful! He didn't make us feel dumb, as we had a lot of questions being first-time home buyers. He was very responsive and returned our emails promptly, even on weekends and evenings! He went out his way to expedite our loan. We would work with him again.

Overall process was smooth and easy. Most convenient was an easy way to upload all the required documents and tracking -- it made things easier compared to sending files on email or shared drives. Jenna was professional, timely and communicated really well and was not hesitant to hop on a call to explain things that I didn't understand. Definitely recommend her.
