Dianne was by far THE Most responsive Mortgage Professional we have ever dealt with; keeping in mind we have been on 'all sides' of multiple Real Estate transactions over the years. This event involved refinancing an existing home and simultaneously purchasing a new one and no matter what was thrown our/her way Dianne was there to help us at all times. We were already approved with our bank (large national), at a very low rate (top tier credit; long relationship).
