The refinance was great. Very pleasant experience. Took a little longer due to the surge in refinancings due to the ultra low interest rates, but was well worth it.

Larisa is amazing I was in the process of the loan with another bank which was a disaster, no communication no straight answer and when I did not have much hope to ever close the escrow I was referred to Larisa. Larisa was a breeze of fresh air. She was confident, accurate, very good at communication, and very creative in solving my complex issue. Her team is amazing as well. Working with Keith Tatum (my loan officer) is excellent. Being a first time home buyer I have lot of questions on the loan process and keith had answered and explained me patiently. He took an extra step to lower my interest rate and PMI. I definitely recommend Keith Tatum to anyone who want to buy a home (especially for first time home buyers like me :))
