Caleb did any amazing job during the loan process he was able to step me through all of the steps to acquire a loan. He managed his team well to deliver on time. I will tell you what I have told the dozen or so people I have referred to Tim over the past 4 years (Tim did our original mortgage as well as a recent refi) - “Tim is an animal.” Not only will Tim and his team take all the time you need to explain everything to you (as many times as you need it to be explained), but they’ll also fight, claw and scrap to get you the best deal out there (I dare you to compare).
