Several people in the community recommended Jeff, so I gave him my details and he went back and forth with me until we had found the right refi rate. Every time I had questions, or wanted him to look into different options, he got right back to me with an answer. Once I agreed to move forward, the process was real easy. We did all the paperwork as e-signatures, with his team staying in touch regularly until our closing. In the end, my refi saved me a LOT of money.

Lee Harden and Guarenteed Rate have been amazing to work with both times we have worked them. They make everything quick, easy and very hassle free. We will absolutly be using them again in the future.
Teresa handled my home purchase earlier this year. Everything went so unbelievable smooth. She is constantly available and so knowledgeable. Late nights and early mornings were never an issue. Availability can be the deciding factor on getting the home you want and she was always there.
He made it easy. Very informative about all the steps way before and very flexible. Simply perfect pick if somebody wants a hassle free experience. I am able to close my loan on time with out any stress just because of the prime lending. I would definitely suggest Alfonso and prime lending for anybody like us mainly (First time buyers) to trust on them for your first home buying experience.
