Greta did a great job not only with explaining details (with loan jargon...), but most importantly she was always prompt with returning my calls/emails, even on a late Friday night. Very happy with her service and helping me understand my options when it came to a mortgage. Aside from the knowledge, Greta is very personable and is extremely easy to work and communicate with during the process.
