As a first time home-buyer I couldnt have asked for a better team than Cathy and her team. I started the process very anxious and nervous about what to expect as I heard this process was already a stressfull one and then to add covid o top of that. I dread big purchases & big paperwork packages more than most. Petya was so fast, honest, helpful with advice on how to get this done that my fear is abated. She made this 1000X easier than my last attempt. And she is someone I trust to do waht is best for the costomer, not just herself. A rarity!!!

Tom was accessible and available every step of the way, explaining every detail to us down to the very last minute of closing. Transparency is huge for us when working with a lender.
