Travis always had the answer to any questions I had throughout the entire process. He always got back to me in a timely fashion, and would even answer calls on the weekend. Another thing we liked was that he always kept us in the loop with where our loan process was at. We were never left to wonder about anything .

Al and his entire team were absolutely wonderful from the first moment I contacted them. I always heard back from Al, or someone from his team, within an hour no matter what time of day I contacted them.
