UPDATE: We have worked with Jenna on two home purchases and two refinances over the years. The team (Dean, Chance, Michael and Justin) at Guaranteed Rate is is excellent. I was able to help my mother get a refinance on her house during COVID-19. We were able to get most done electronically and Michael at Fidelity National Title was able to find a notary that could translate and was able to go to my elderly mother's house to sign off on the paperwork.
