Before finding Lower I had quotes from two other lenders and both of them quoted me a very high interest rate. I found Lower through an internet search. Alex texted me almost immediately to connect. The loan process was what i was expecting. The overall experience was great. We did close before our closing date. The communication could have beem better with the loan officer.

Danny secured my financing for my home a few years ago and it was the smoothest closing I've ever been through. We used Mike and Guaranteed Rate to buy our first home and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Mike was very helpful during the early portion of the process when we were figuring out what exactly are budget was and was always available to answer any Qs we had throughout.
