I searched various lenders out, and found Lower.com through word of mouth. A friend had purchased 2 homes through them. I called, and a young man named Titus answered. Ania and her team did a great job preparing everything to close on our property(closing was on time). She got me a interest rate of less than 3% on a 30 year conventional and she was on top of the interest rates on a daily basis. They were quick in response time and had all documentation processed asap.
