This was my first time buying a home and I didn't know much about the process, but Jason and the team at Guaranteed Rate were great! They made the entire process fairly easy and were happy to help and responded promptly to any questions I had.
Corey did a great job. I was told by my original guy that he was to busy to help me out. I got my refinance done in great time with great rate. Even during COVID they did an exceptional job. Worked on me with my situation. Would definitely recommend to others. In fact multiple people I work with and in my family have used him.
When we started our journey to home ownership the Covid-19 pandemic hadn’t really hit. But once we put in an offer everything went wrong.
