Shawn and his team recently helped us in refinancing our mortgage. It was great to wotk with Shawn. The process was easy and no surprises. Shawn gave us the the details for every step in the process and he was giving us an update all the time as where the loan stands. Also rates provided by Shawn was lower from other lenders. Tim helped my stepson buy his first condo and then to refinance with even a better deal. I contacted Tim to inquire about refinancing and the rates were so low, it made sense to move forward. Most everything was done on line and this was a very fast, easy process. Tim was very helpful; he and his team did all the heavy lifting. Easiest refinance I have ever been through! Highly recommend!
