High rating because Kevin Sumimoto was outstanding and it was a pleasure to work with him. He was extremely responsive and friendly and diligent and I would highly recommend him to anyone. The only reason I rated 9 instead of 10 was that I caught a couple of inaccuracies and I feel that should have been caught by your team reviewing the accounts/paperwork. It made me wonder if there were other inaccuracies that I did not catch.
