From the beginning of the process of the refinance Joe was available for any questions or concerns we had. This closing went alot smoother than out original closing. Wish we used Guaranteed Rate and more importantly Joe Hickey when we bought our home back in 2018. You're in great hands with Joe!

Our experience with Nichole and RMS was great! Nichole answered all our questions and was very honest about the hard questions. She kept us informed of all the steps of the process and even updated paperwork after our mistakes at the end of closing. She was very responsive with emails and phone calls even during the covid quarantine. Would definitely recommend Nichole and RMS to anyone buying a home!
